Jeanette Conery

bsw, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, Reiki Master

Jeanette, our founder and CEO, earned her bachelors degree in Social Work in 2005, with a certificate in drug and alcohol studies. At the time, she wanted to help parents with addiction problems into recovery. After a very short time, she found herself too burned out to continue in the Social Work profession. During ten years as a stay at home mom for her two children, Jeanette began to study meditation and yoga and gained a world of insight into how live a balanced life. She first trained as a yoga instructor in 2015. She taught yoga at InMotion Fitness and offered free yoga classes every Sunday at the Shalom Free Clinic. After learning to manage her own chronic pain and stress with gentle movement, breath, and relaxation, she trained as a Yoga Therapist in 2017 and since then has passionately honed her skills with a multitude of additional trainings.

Jeanette excels at finding practical ways to help her clients improve range of motion, reduce pain, and regulate their nervous systems. She’s passionate about educating people about the way their bodies work and the “why” behind her suggestions because she believes that when you have a clear understanding of exactly what you’re doing, you’ll always have a better result. Jeanette’s specialties include pelvic floor health, somatic yoga, yoga for seniors, and trauma aware yoga. She’s experienced in working with a wide range of injuries, mobility restrictions, and health conditions. With compassion that stems from her own experiences of chronic pain, stress, and trauma, Jeanette will patiently explore with you what works and what doesn’t. Her gentle approach always honors her clients’ comfort above all.

christa dawson

Energy Psychology Practitioner Reiki Master

After years of unhealthy thought processes and poor life choices, Christa’s body had decided enough was enough. She developed an autoimmune disorder called Hashimoto’s Hypothyroiditus. After years of deep struggle with her diagnosis, she came across Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). In her first experience with EFT, she encountered how her thoughts, beliefs, and feelings were affecting her body. While she was tapping, she experienced a huge emotional and energetic release causing her symptoms to dissipate completely.

As Christa released the painful thoughts and feelings, she experienced in real-time an immediate change. She knew she had tapped into something amazing. This was the beginning of a life-changing journey that led Christa down a path of deep mental and emotional healing and a return to health, vitality, and ultimately a career change from 30-plus years as a hairdresser to a certified practitioner and coach. Christa’s an ordinary person that has had an extraordinary experience and she is living proof that it is never too late for deep healing and major life changes. Christa invites you to dive down this rabbit hole with her and begin your own healing journey.
