All of our services are available a la carte or combined with other services. Everything about our employee wellness programs is customizable. iRest Guided Meditation

iRest is a form of guided meditation where participants are led through various stages of mindful awareness. This usually results in a feeling of deep relaxation and can even take participants into the Theta brain wave state, the same state of REM sleep. After an iRest session participants report feeling refreshed and rested, and they sleep very deeply the night following the session.

iRest is shown in multiple clinical trials to reduce symptoms of chronic stress and PTSD, and is used in the United States Armed Forces to help combat veterans and victims of sexual assault.

iRest sessions are about 45 minutes.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping) was first introduced in the 1990s by Gary Craig, a Stanford graduate and certified master practitioner of neurolinguistic programming. Tapping is a research supported technique that helps people manage feelings of anger, depression, anxiety, stress, and PTSD. In a private or group session, individuals are led by a certified EFT therapist to tap on acupressure points in a specific sequence.

EFT sessions last about an hour.

Yoga/Stretching

Yoga helps with mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, pain, and stress. It can be done seated or standing, and it can be done anywhere! Maintaining proper alignment and posture is essential to avoiding workplace injuries and lost productivity. Our yoga therapists are highly trained and skilled in adapting yoga to the needs of individuals and groups. If you prefer to keep it secular, we can do that.

Yoga/stretching sessions can be from 30-75 minutes, and often include guided breathing and mindfulness.

Somatic Yoga Therapy

Somatic Yoga Therapy an 8-week class that helps participants learn the role of their nervous system in modulating stress, how to track track nervous system state, and how to gradually build confidence and comfort being present with the sensations of their bodies. Since all emotions arise with a physical sensation, body awareness is the foundation of emotional intelligence. This class is great for those seeking to take charge of chronic stress and the symptoms of trauma. The pace is nice and slow, respecting participants’ need to always choose what they do with their bodies.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique that originated in Japan. It has been shown to speed up healing, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and balance the emotions. Our certified reiki professionals can lead group or individual reiki sessions, as well as train your employees to give themselves and others reiki. During an individual reiki session, the participant lies down on a massage table and relaxes as much as possible. They may talk to their therapist, or they may stay quiet. Many people have enjoy a little reiki nap! In a group reiki experience, everyone gets cozy on the floor with blankets, pillows, and props while the facilitator guides them through a guided reiki meditation.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. There are many ways to practice mindfulness- walking, breathing, movement, stretching- anything can be done with mindfulness. Evidence shows that mindfulness reduces stress, improves productivity, and increases our concern for others. Mindfulness invites us to kindle our natural curiosity, suspend judgement, and to approach our experiences with warmth and kindness.

Mindfulness sessions can be for individuals or groups and are about 45 minutes long.

Laughter Yoga

Laughter yoga combines traditional yoga breathing techniques with deliberate laughter exercises to release dopamine and improve mood, immune response, blood pressure, adn social connection. It’s an enjoyable way to encourage bonding and cooperation among team members. Laughter yoga is great as a series or a one-off class.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is shown to increase focus, immunity, and relaxation. In a sound healing, participants lie on yoga mats or blankets and make themselves comfortable with cushions, blankets, and eye coverings. The facilitators gives a brief introduction to sound healing and how it works, then they begin playing various instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, etc. Sound healings last about an hour, and participants leave feeling peaceful and relaxed.

QiGong

Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body’s movement and posture.

Mindset Coaching

Coaching is about working with people to assess themselves and set goals for greater happiness or success. Mindset coaching stands out because it works with their clients to uncover the beliefs, blocks, behaviors, habits, and patterns of thinking that prevent them from living the life they desire. A mindset Coach uses a range of reprogramming techniques to banish those blocks and replace them with ones that serve the client.

Mindset coaching is effective in individual or group settings and can help your team improve workplace satisfaction and productivity.

A few of our packages…

All of our offerings can be arranged into customized packages. Here are a few examples:

  • 8-week Somatic Yoga Therapy- For a class size of up to ten people, each participant meets privately with a certified yoga therapist for an assessment. Then, class will meet weekly for 90 minutes for 8 weeks. This convenient option is available on line or in person.

  • Six- Week Stress Management Sample Course- Each week, one of our qualified professionals will introduce your team to a new stress management technique, such as sound healing, yoga, reiki, mindfulness meditation, EFT, laughter yoga, or iRest meditation. We will administer a survey to assess which modalities were most effective for your team.

  • In-depth stress management instruction- You can choose one technique for your team to practice for a set period of time, such as four weeks or more.

  • Reiki Training for your team- Choose from Level 1 (for giving self reiki), Level 2 (giving Reiki to others), or Reiki Master.
